WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME TO GET STARTED?
To kick things off we'll need your delivery date, delivery address, the products and colours you're after, your club and sponsor logos in vector format (.ai, .eps or .pdf), and your sizes and quantities. If you have numbering or naming requirements, include those too. The more detail you give us upfront, the faster we can get moving.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Generally we work with a minimum of 10 garments per style. Running a smaller squad? Reach out anyway — we'll always try to find a way to make it work.
HOW DO I SIGN OFF ON MY ORDER?
Before anything goes into production, we'll send you a digital proof to review and approve. Nothing gets made until you're happy with it, so take your time and check every detail carefully.
HOW LONG WILL MY ONLINE STORE ORDER TAKE?
Most online store orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once it's on its way, we'll send through your tracking details so you can keep an eye on it.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?
Sublimated custom orders typically take 3–5 weeks from design approval. Cut and sew garments or custom accessories can take 6–10 weeks. Got a tight deadline? Let us know early and we'll do our best to work around it.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET A DESIGN MOCK UP?
We aim to turn around mock ups within 3–5 working days. More complex or culturally significant designs may take a little longer. We'll always keep you in the loop.
WHAT LOGO FORMAT DO YOU NEED?
Vector files are best — .ai, .eps, or .pdf. These give us the sharpest result on your gear. If you only have a PNG or JPEG, send it through and we'll let you know if it'll work or if we need to redraw it.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A VECTOR LOGO?
No stress. Send us what you've got and we'll assess it. If a redraw is needed, our team can handle that — just contact us for pricing.
CAN YOU MATCH MY TEAM'S COLOURS?
Absolutely. If you have Pantone codes, share them and we'll match as closely as possible. No Pantone codes? Send us a reference image or sample and we'll work from there.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM NAMES AND NUMBERS?
Yes — names and numbers are included as standard on most of our garments. Just include your full list when you place your order.
CAN YOU DESIGN A LOGO FOR US?
Yes we can. Our design team is available to help create or refresh your club branding. Get in touch to talk through what you need and we'll put together a quote.
DO YOU HAVE KIDS SIZING?

CAN WE SET UP AN ONLINE STORE FOR OUR CLUB?

CAN YOU PUT OUR LOGO ON HATS AND BAGS?
Yes — we do a lot more than just jerseys. Hats, bags, socks, umbrellas, flags, banners, gazebos — if you need it branded, we can sort it. Contact us for options.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. For custom orders, payment terms will be outlined in your quote. Any questions, just ask.
HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?
Shipping is based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Final costs are confirmed once your order quantities are locked in.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver nationwide across Aotearoa. For international enquiries, contact us directly and we'll see what we can do.
CAN I MIX SIZES IN ONE ORDER?
Yes — just include your full size breakdown when ordering and we'll handle the rest.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
Yes, split deliveries can be arranged. Additional charges may apply depending on the number of locations. Contact us to discuss.
HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?
Easy — head to our Get a Quote page, fill in your details, and we'll be in touch within 48 hours.
DO I PAY UPFRONT?
Online store orders are paid in full at checkout. For custom orders, payment terms will be confirmed in your quote. Any questions, just reach out.
