HOW WE WORK
Getting your custom teamwear sorted with BTS is simple. Here is exactly what happens from your first enquiry through to your gear arriving at your door.
1. LET'S TALK
It all starts with a conversation. Get in touch and one of our team will sit down with you to find out what you need. We will talk through your garment options, design ideas, and budget so we can put together the right solution for your club, school, or organisation. No pressure, just good advice.
2. WE DESIGN IT
Once we know what you are after, our design team gets to work. We keep a close eye on what is trending in the industry so your kit looks current and sharp. We will send you mock-ups to review and will not move forward until you are happy with how everything looks.
3. YOU APPROVE, WE CONFIRM
When the design is locked in and sizing has been collected, we will send you an invoice and a formal order confirmation. You will sign off on the final artwork and sizing before anything goes to production. This step keeps everything accurate and ensures there are no surprises.
4. WE DELIVER
Once your order is in production, we take care of the rest. Sublimated products are typically ready in 5 to 7 weeks, and cut and sew products in 8 to 10 weeks. Your order will be packed and delivered exactly as agreed, making it easy for you to distribute to your team.
