PURPOSE OF THE ONLINE STORE

Our Online Store gives your group a simple, professional way to order custom gear. Key benefits include:

• Streamlined ordering — Members order and pay directly, eliminating the need for coordinators to chase payments or manage spreadsheets.
• Accurate production — Orders go straight to our production team with all personalisation details confirmed at checkout.
• Automated confirmations — Every customer receives an order confirmation and dispatch notification automatically.
• No minimum quantities — Each item is made to order, so there's no pressure to hit a minimum number.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 — We set up your store. BT Sportswear creates a dedicated online store for your club or organisation, loaded with your custom products, colours, and sizing options.

Step 2 — Your members order. We share the store link with your group. Members browse, select their sizes and personalisation, and pay securely at checkout.

Step 3 — The store closes. Your store runs for an agreed period. Once it closes, all orders are locked in and sent to production.

Step 4 — We produce and deliver. Your gear is custom-made and delivered within approximately eight weeks of the store closing date.
